This is a hobby project and I pay for its infrastructure with my own money. I supply one single server. If you want a better ping, providing additional servers or the money for one would be a great help. If you want to help, feel free to contact me!

The 20-character random string prevents anyone from guessing the server address. With ${\mathrm{36}}^{20}$ possible combinations (a 1 followed by 31 zeros!). It's practically impossible to find your server with brute force.

The server address should not be guessable, but if someone obtains it, they can join. If you want to be secure, use a server with white listing.
